A Framework for Online Support of Undergraduate Interdisciplinary Research

The poster presents a framework for blended support for students to perform interdisciplinary research in teams. Important touchpoints are included for online and offline activities to facilitate the interdisciplinary research process, as identified by students and supervisors at the bachelor Liberal Arts and Sciences at Utrecht University. In addition, a model is proposed on how to provide online support to allow for undergraduate students from different backgrounds to collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects.
